MPCT for International Women’s Day 2019

As a gesture of how much MPCT appreciates the women that work for them, MPCT Head Office gave flowers and chocolates to all the female staff at MPCT.

Director of HR, Donna Briggs commented;

International Women’s day is very important to MPCT,  as Director of HR and one of the Senior Women in the company I feel it is my responsibility to raise awareness amongst the staff of the importance of women in the workplace. Due to the fact MPCT is a military training company for years it was male dominated just by the very nature of what we did. We are now seeing more female ex- military employees and we are raising awareness to our females students of the new opportunities open to them through a military career with the British Armed forces now allowing women to apply for all military roles. I am going to encourage ideas from across the company in readiness to make this a bigger celebration next year.
